When enrolling your child at the River School you will be required to complete the following Enrolment Form & Enrolment Agreement for submission to the office. You are required to contact the office on (07) 5494 3559 to make an appointment to meet with the Principal (with your child) before an enrolment can be accepted.
As per the River School’s Enrolment Agreement, the school must be given one term’s written notice (or payment of one term’s fees in lieu of notice) for a termination of enrolment. The following form will need to be completed and submitted to the Principal for approval
For a variety of reasons, a family may choose to request a classroom transfer for their child. The following form will need to be completed and an appointment made with the Principal to discuss the transfer request.
School attendance is compulsory by law. Should you need to withdraw your child from school for a period of time (greater than 3 days and less than 110 days), the following form will need to be completed and submitted to the Principal for approval.
A family can apply for a variation to the standard curriculum for a student but this must be supported by evidence of alternative educational learning that supports the child’s ongoing academic development. The following document must be completed and submitted to the Principal for assessment and approval.
